Welcome back to day two of the new release reveals for The Greetery!! The Hip Hip Hooray release - product reveals yesterday and today - and then release day will be tomorrow April 26th at 10am EST!! THE NEW RELEASE DAY IS FRIDAY MARCH 10TH AT 10AM EST!
My first card today is a sweet pink confection! If I had to pick a favorite of the release, I think it would be this card! My finished card is a white A2 card base, layered with gold, white and pink!! Yummy!! My card features the brand new Takes The Cake stamps, stencils and dies...And the new Cake Banner Die, Cake Stand Die and more!! It's all soooooo fabulous!!! The cake dies have a matching flower overlay and it's divine. You guys are going to have so much fun with this suite of products.
Here's a side view of all the layers and pieces.... That pretty banner - I made it from vellum and gold heat embossed the sentiment on it.... The flowers are made with a set of stencils, and then die cut out with the matching die. I used foam tape to pop it up off the cake. My cake base layer is very light pink cardstock.
For the background I used the background stamp heat embossed in gold and then ink blended soft pink ink at the top only. This card is so girlie!!
I die cut the candle flames and the cake stand out with gold glitter cardstock. I do love shimmer.... I added Stickles to the flowers also.
Aren't those the cutest little candles??!!
My next card is also a sweet treat! This finished card is an A2 kraft card base, layered with pink and cream.... This card features the brand new Hey Cupcake Dies and the brand new Sweet and Fancy Labels stamps and dies! Everything you need to make treats!! I used kind of a vintage color palette for this one - kraft, pink, creak and brown...
You can build the cupcakes and treats in any combination! The possibilities are endless!! Mix and match all the toppings and frostings... I used vellum for the bottom paper, then kraft, then pink. I love the tiny cherry and strawberry add ons!
I stamped the sentiment using brown and pink inks and gently inked the edges of the little label!! Isn't it pretty??
The background was made by stamping with white ink onto pink paper. It's subtle but so pretty! And it reminds me of a pastry shop for some reason! I splattered on some white paint on the cupcakes to look like powdered sugar.
And, finally, my last card for the new release!! My finished card is an A2 white card base....and then PRESENTS!! This card features the brand new Gifts Galore stencils and dies. There also is a hot foil plate that goes with this suite!! Presents for any occasion!! I used a fresh color combo of aqua blue, yellow and lime green! All my ink colors are listed in my supply list!
This is the entire image of the stencils....I used the entire panel, but you could easily use parts of it and/or die cut out the gifts to use in a different way. I really wanted to showcase the cool full panel. I used silver glitter paper to make all the bows and ribbons to keep it cohesive.
Dots and stripes and stars, oh my!!!
I used the previously released All Kinds of Happy stamps and dies for the sentiment.
I splashed on some white/silvery paint splatters for more shimmer (never enough shimmer)....
