Beautiful job Wanda! I must admit, I haven't tried any new techniques lately. I would love to try some of those glitter pastes with stencils. That looks like fun.

DJ Doss

I love this card so much. The sun coming through the water is gorgeous. I know I’m behind the curve but I’ve only recently tried masking and scene building. It was so much fun I can’t wait to try more.

Rose

Stunning! Absolutely stunning. I love everything about this card, from the sun streaks through the water right down to the crystal clear embellies and the teeny fish in silhouette!

Teri Wilson

Oh Wanda this is gorgeous. The color! You should have posted your smurf fingers! My fav technique is embossing with stencils. Just gives a gorgeous look to cards. Have a great day!

Teresa Doyle

Hi Wanda, this is an absolutely gorgeous card. The blue background is so vibrant and the stenciling of the rays looks amazing. (I have been wanting a stencil like that for some time but cannot get one locally at all!)
The newest technique that I have been playing around with is the ink blending I saw recently on Jennifer McGuire's blog, using the baby wipe on the acrylic block with various colours to make backgrounds. It really is addictive and looks beautiful. Can't wait to make some cards from the backgrounds.

Wow.. awesome card.. love your background.. My new crafting technique is creating the backgrounds with watercolor or copic coloring.. Thanks for tge chance to win..

Jennifer Petersen

Wow! Your card is gorgeous and I am smitten with that beautiful blue you created. (turning into a smurf was totally worth it!) This week I tried my hand at some basic water coloring for a background panel as a new technique. Thank you for sharing your fabulous talent with us!

Kari VanNoy

Awesome card! I want to try that sun ray technique! My favorite crafty technique right now is adding stenciling to create a gel press look. Ok, it’s hard to describe but I was inspired at Creativation and I’m having a great time experimenting.

Wow--what an awesome underwater scene! I have just started buying distress oxide inks and have been learning how to use them.

Monica Mowry

Love this card!
So I’m late to the party as always but I recently tried “no line” water coloring with stamped images. It is fun but I do need more practice.

Susan McRae

Very serene underwater scene! Love the light rays and the fun bubbles! I just recently started playing with alcohol inks on yupo paper with an air blower and love it! It's so addicting. I just got some Alcohol Pearls so I'm going to try it with that.

Trina

Stunning card with amazing ink blending. Love the vibrancy. Now I wished I bought this set to accompany the Setting on the Sea set that I bought. 😏

Recently, I tried watercoloring with stencil technique and it was the brilliant idea of using Elmer’s cement glue (very affordable) to hold the stencil in place that I love. No more need to tape down stencils and the detailed areas of the stencil that lifts up during ink blending are now secured down. Then the glue rubs off easily for cleanup.

Congrats on being part of PF’s celebration. Incredible company and giveaway. x

Beautiful card! I love the intense blue! My favorite new technique is using the PF blending brushes - they allow such a smooth blend of colors. Loved your craft room tour the other day btw -what a wonderful crafty space you have! I appreciate you making cards that mix older supplies (e.g., vintage HA stamps or confetti punch) with new products. Good to continue to use what we have with some new product tossed in for a fresh look! Thanks for sharing your talents with us.

Gorgeous card, Wanda! I love the sunrays in the water. Great look! Beautiful blending of the blue inks to get the effect you were looking for on your awesome card! Love it!
New technique for me has been using my stencils with embossing paste.

Cathy Jordison

Love your background showing the sunlight through the water! You did an awesome job blending using the life changing brushes. That's something I'm working on is background blending using the brushes! Thanks for the great prize opportunity!💕

Artconquers

Elizabeth Burrows

Love this card...color is so vibrant and whales are always my favorite!....New skil! Is working on my alcohol marker coloring

Meghan Kennihan

This is beautiful! I love what you did with the stencil! My new technique is trying ink sprays!

Becca Neeley

Beautiful card! I love the way you can see the sun rays in the water. My favorite crafty technique I have been enjoying lately is embossed resist. Thank you for the chance to win! ❤️

Mandy Chandler
