Hey crafty friends! Can you even believe it's time for another card kit release? Wow, nothing makes you know that another month already went by like launching a new kit. I am seriously shocked at how fast that came! However, it's TOTALLY exciting to get to announce the new October Simon Says Stamp Card Kit! Yipppeeeee! This one is so cute, so fresh, and so perfect for Fall. You know I love that! Cute little squirrels, beautiful plaid papers, and gorgeous ink colors. This one is fabulous! I also really like the pretty sentiments in this stamp set and I know I will mix and match those in with a lot of my Autumn creations.

I am sharing two cards today - so let's get started! First up is a sweet card you could give to a friend or your beloved! Cute brown squirrels with an acorn and little orange mushrooms! EEP! I used two of the patterned papers (included in the kit) to create a background for my center oval. This is all one layer stamping. I masked off the squirrels before stamping the little mushrooms. Instead of black ink for my sentiment, I used brown ink.
An entire package of these cute acorns is included with your kit! They are so realistic and pretty!! My oval layer is attached to the card using foam squares for a little bit of dimension. I used my MISTI tool for both cards to get my stamping just in the right place!
For this second card, I started with a piece of white paper. I die cut a stitched circle in the upper part of the white paper and then used the circle as a guide for creating a wreath. I used several of the little tiny stamps in the set to build an Autumn wreath. Next I layered a second stitched circle using one of the brown patterned papers. For my card base, I cut a sheet of the bright plaid to the exact size of an A2 card base.

Wanda, I always love your cards because of the use of bright colors and plaid paper, but this kit is to DIE for! I have just got to have it!

Oh Wanda I am nuts about your work!!! This is such a great kit. I can't say how much I adore that acorns. Love the plaid papers and the sentiments are so great. Thanks for a great preview.
